RackPower’s 20kVA three-phase rack UPS packs true online double-conversion protection into just 3RU, for server rooms, comms rooms and edge sites where rack space matters. It connects to external battery banks sized to your backup requirement, and mounts in a standard 19-inch rack or stands alone as a tower. With a true output power factor of 1.0, up to 97% online efficiency, a 3-level topology and full digital control, it delivers continuous, clean, regulated power with zero transfer time.

Long-Run Design with 10kW Charger

• No internal batteries. Connects to an external ±240VDC battery bank (default 40 × 12V blocks per string), with a charger rated at 50% of output (10kW) to recharge large battery banks quickly.

Wide Input Voltage Range (304–478Vac)

• Operates reliably on unstable mains or generator supply without switching to battery, preserving battery health. Continues to run down to 228Vac with power derating.

Clean Input – PF >0.99, THDi <2%

• Minimal impact on the upstream supply and generator, with no need for oversized input cabling or switchgear.

Flexible Output Configuration

• Three phase in / three phase out as standard, or configure as three-in/one-out or one-in/one-out, rated at 20kVA.

Intelligent Battery Management

• Extends battery life through smart charging (2.25V/cell float, adjustable 2.2–2.35V/cell) and real-time battery diagnostics.

Self-Aging Function

• Enables full-load testing without external load banks, saving energy and simplifying commissioning and maintenance.

7-Inch Touch LCD

• Real-time system monitoring and control through an intuitive touchscreen with LED status indicators.

Robust Overload Capacity

• 110% for 1 hour, 125% for 10 minutes and 150% for 1 minute, with a crest factor of 3:1.

Comprehensive Communications

• USB, RS232, RS485, Ethernet, input and output dry contacts, remote EPO (NO or NC) and cold start as standard. Intelligent slot for the UTTSNMP network card or UTTAS400 dry contact card.

Parallel Capable

• Supports parallel operation for N+1 redundancy or added capacity with the optional parallel kit.

RCM Approved
