Our product warranty is 5 years on RackPower manufactured product (PDU’s and Distribution board’s) & 2 years on everything else. Warranty terms and conditions apply.

Lead times depend on our current production schedule, usually expect a production lead time of 7-10 working days for manufactured products. Stocked items such as power cords are shipped out overnight – allow 2-3 days for delivery if in stock.

There will be a shipping fee for products ordered on our website. The fee depends on the product ordered and location.

Yes we do – we currently supply to customers all over the globe.

We will accept returns for any stocked items within 30 days, as long as they are returned in original condition. For manufactured items (most PDU’s are manufactured) or special order items the return will be considered on a case by case basis. A returns fee may apply.
